KJ 60

Automatic filling capping machine for multiformat jars.

The new KJ 60 has been developed to succeed the KX 80 REDO, intended for filling and closing jars for drugs and cosmetics.

It aims to optimize performance in terms of flexibility and profitability. Capable of handling jars with complex shapes and capacities from 3 to 400 ml, this model can reach speeds of 60 cycles per minute.

Servomotors control the injector's immersion and the rotation while filling (optional) for perfect operation with torque tightening and/or positioning.

Simplification is the basis of its design - line integration is easy, adjustments and maintenance have been reduced to a minimum (15 minutes for tool-free format changes) - and it offers a full vision of the operations in process, which can be fully controlled via a touch-sensitive screen.

Its structure embodies the GMP standards.
