Automatic machine for filling and closing mascaras with cup.

The Mascara filler offers the usual advantages of KALIX machines. Fast format and liquid change, with production speed of 60 mascaras per minute. Capable of handling mascaras with complex shapes.

Modular design enabling many alternative product feed systems (driers, brushes, etc.).

The filling system uses a diving nozzle, with or without cut-off valve, for high-accuracy filling (±0.5%) for an extensive range of products, regardless of viscosity.

Screwing devices controlled by brushless motors enable brush tightening with torque control.

Stainless steel and safety glass finish.
