Our filling system accommodates a huge range of applications. The KX 801 filling system has been fully redesigned for fast uncomplicated tool-free removal. It is made in 316 L stainless steel, and is shaped and weighted to offer optimum ergonomic qualities. Two valves are offered, one for volumes up to 140 ml (5 kg) and one for volumes up to 400 ml (10 kg).

Expert in all tube closing technologies, for all tube materials (metal, PE, PP, laminate, multi-layer tubes co-extruded with barriers, etc.).

The KALIX HOT AIR sealing technology is the simplest and best on the market. It can handle straight or complex seals - rounded welds, Euro slots, rounded corners, special shapes, etc. - with excellent repeatability for consistent quality.

The weld unit has a single setting (temperature) and a single format part (hot air nozzle), which can be changed rapidly and easily. Format change requires no disconnection of fluid lines.

For maximum productivity, even for short runs, the KX 801 combines fast format change (six minutes) with the assurance of "right first time" operation. This also means savings on packaging components and products.

The mean deviation of the dosing accuracy is ±0.5%.
